Covid-19 update

If you are holding a meeting with us, we will still be offering hand sanitiser and maintaining our increased, regular cleaning regime. We are also happy to manage socially distanced meetings, if the organiser wishes.

The Conference Centre follows national and Campus-wide policy, and will continue to be guided by these.

We strongly recommend that all our delegates are fully vaccinated and take a lateral flow test before they travel to Campus to avoid the spread of Covid-19.

If you are unwell

In order to protect our delegates, colleagues and staff, please do not come to Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, and the Wellcome Genome Campus, if you are unwell in any way. This may include, but is not limited to, symptoms of colds, coughs, gastric illness or headaches. If you arrive on Campus with any symptoms of illness, you will be asked to leave and return home.

In addition, if you have tested positive for Covid-19 please do not visit the Campus for at least five days. Individuals are welcome to attend Campus after five days, and returning two consecutive negative lateral flow test results.
