Day delegate package

We have a standard eight-hour delegate day rate, costed per person to include room hire, catering and AV equipment.

This includes:

• Hire of main meeting room
• Plasma screen
• Registration tea and coffee with assorted pastries, fruit bowl and mineral water
• Morning tea and coffee served with the daily special sweet snack (such as shortbreads, cakes, muffins or pastries), fruit bowl and mineral water
• Choice of either a two-course hot buffet lunch served in the dining room or finger buffet with refreshments served to your meeting space
• Afternoon tea and coffee served with a different sweet snack to in the morning, fruit bowl and mineral water
• The services of our duty manager and receptionists throughout the day
