Our festive fine dining menu can be served in the restaurant or in one of our beautifully-decorated period rooms – the Pompeiian room or Green room – for smaller groups and added atmosphere.

Christmas Menu 2017

Carrot velouté with burnt orange segments and coriander (V)
Stilton and walnut arancini, salad with cranberry dressing (V)
House-cured salmon, celeriac remoulade, and crisp caper berries
Turkey breast, leg confit, chestnut and sausage meat stuffing, served with roast potatoes and a turkey jus
Salmon supreme with pumpkin and ginger purée, potato and mooli rösti, and lemon butter
Leek and almond tart, served with purple sprouting broccoli, creamed cheese and mushrooms (V)
Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and Chantilly cream
Chocolate and cherry tart with coffee-infused mascarpone
Irish cream cheesecake with candied orange peel and amaretti crumbs

To book your Christmas meal please contact us.

You will be asked to choose one non-vegetarian starter and main course, one vegetarian starter and main course, and one dessert option (a vegetarian dessert alternative will be prepared for vegetarian guests).
We will require your menu selection and table plan two weeks prior to the event.
